Cekodok pisang / Banana ball fritters


2 cups plain flour
1 cup banana (mash)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 cup water

Oil for deep fry


1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a thick batter.
2. Heat up oil in a wok.
3. Using the ice-cream scoop drop the batter in the hot oil. Fry until its golden brown.
