Bubur pulut hitam / Sweet Black Glutinous Rice
INGREDIENTS
2 cups black glutinous rice (soaked overnight in cold water, then drained and rinsed)
3 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
4 cups water
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
METHOD
1. Place the rice and the pandan leaves in a pan, then bring to a boil in 4 cups water, Stir constantly for about 15 minutes until the rice is cook.
2. Add coconut milk, sugar and salt. Bring to boil.
3. Then remove from the heat and serve hot or warm.
